(I can see that ADUM5200 IBIS models .)
If you have another simulation models ( S parameters ,SPICE models ),Could you sent?

HOD: I asked the designer to look at your issue with using the ADuM5200 IBIS for the ADuM5420 and here is the response:
I go through the ibis model files. Most probably, this issue is caused by wrong port mapping, ADuM1200 is more similar with ADuM5240.
The port mapping information for ADuM5200 is attached.
The port mapping information for ADuM1200 is attached.
The customer could try the model of ADuM1200. If it doesn’t work, please let the customer to modify the port mapping information in ADuM5200.ibs, changes as below:
1 VDD power
2 VIA input1
3 VIB input2
4 GND GND
5 GNDiso GND
6 VOB driver
7 VOA driver
8 Viso power
