I can ADUM2201 pin14 (VDD) and pin 15 (NC) are shorted together to to vcc it?
This way it will damage the IC?

Hi Webber,
Pin 15 has no internal connection - it does not connect to any internal circuitry. Therefore this pin can be connected to any convenient supply or ground. This is true of all pins marked NC: 2, 6, 8, 10, 11, 15.
Please note that a newer product family (ADuM220N/ADuM221N/ADuM225N/ADuM226N) is available which offers the same withstand voltage rating, higher working voltage and improved performance (lower propagation delay). This family is available in the 16-SOIC with the same pinout as the ADuM2200/01, or a smaller 8-SOIC.
