[ADM3491-1] what difference between IEC1000-4-4 and IEC610004-4?

Hello,

According to ADM3491-1 datasheet, this part  " Meets IEC1000-4-4" as below,

What difference between IEC1000-4-4 and IEC610004-4?

IEC61000-4-4 covered IEC10004-4?

    Hi Sofy,

    IEC 1000-4-4 is an older version of the IEC EFT standard, published in 1984.
    In 1995 IEC 1000-4-4 was updated to IEC 61000-4-4.

    In the update to IEC 61000-4-4 the most significant changes were:
    1. The Test Levels and conditions were updated to include a 100 kHz repetition rate.
    2. Updated or new details were provided for the Test equipment and coupling/decoupling networks to be used.

    I understood that old standard IEC1000-4-4 was updated as IEC61000-4-4 with added and updated some test condition & equipment.
