For our new project, we are planning to isolate the digital signal ( SPI Interface ) used in between a Micro controller & an ADC. Our isolation requirement is 1.5kV.
Supply voltage will be 3.3V or 5V.
A nominal supply voltage of 3.3V or 5.0V will power all SPIsolator Digital Isolators. The ADuM3150/ADuM3151/ADuM3152/ADuM3153 SPIsolator devices will cover your isolation requirement. The ADuM3150 device will support a SPI clock rate up to 40MHz and has 2 independent low speed data channels. The ADuM3151/ADuM3152/ADuM3153 devices support SPI clock rates up to 17MHz and have 3 independent low speed data channels in different directional configurations.

There are isoPower devices with data channels included in the same package. They are available with 2 or 4 data channels in different forward/reverse directional configurations.
