ADUM5402 maximum (real) height

We are planning to use the ADUM5402 reference but we need to know the specific maximum height. The datahseet specifies it between 2,35-2,65; should I take 2,65 or may I take something more specific?

I guess that process will now controlled enough to be able to precise more accurately the maximum height.

Gorka: I checked with the Package Engineer, and the max height value would be the 2.65mm as shown in the datasheet outline drawing.
