ESD protection for AMD4850ARMZ

Hi Akhil,

The ADM4850 has a basic level of HBM ESD protection at 2 kV.

The ADM4850 also has a basic level of CDM ESD protection at 1.5 kV.

What is your application? Is your application in a harsh EMC environment?

Just an extra note -- ADI also has a range of more ESD robust RS-485 transceivers at 3V and 5V operation:

5 V operation:

ADM485E, ADM487E, ADM1487E have 15 kV HBM ESD protection

3 V operation:

ADM3070E - ADM3078E have 15 kV HBM ESD protection
