Issue of replace from ADM3091E to ADM3076E

Question

Hello. 
 I want to change digital I/O from 32ch to 64ch. 
 My customer used ADM3091E but it device is not enough. 
 So, I want to recommend ADM3076E because it pin assign is very close. 
 But it has issue is #13 pin is change from Vcc to NC. 
 Can it recommend #13 be connected to Vcc in ADM3076E?

Hi Hayashi, 
 The ADM3076E pin 13 is not internally connected. 
 So, Pin 13 can be connected to GND or Vcc if required.
