ADUM3200 Working Voltage Specs?

Question

I have a customer that is looking for a digital isolater, 2 channel, 1 input and 1 output. 
 - Powered from 5V and 3.3V 
 - The working voltage must be at least 1200VDC. 
 - It must support a UL creep-age and clearance of the same 1200VDC, possibly with a slot cut out underneath to increase creep-age. 
 
 I could not find details on the working voltage specs?
