ADUM3160 USB3.0 compatibility problem

Hello, I'm using an ADUM3160 USB isolator in my project.

I'm facing a usb enumeration problem when I connect the USB to a USB 3.0 port (RENESAS USB 3.0 HOST CONTROLLER).

If I connect the pheripheral to an USB 2.0 port I don't have problem.

I removed the ADUM3160 from the PCB and I don't have any problem.

Has anyone faced a USB 3.0 compatibility problem till now?

We have not seen compatibility issues with USB3.0 controllers.  However we have not done extensive testing on these controllers.  The USB3.0 portion is a parallel communications bus that runs at very high speed, and the standard USB2.0 portion should enumerate through our device.

I looked over your schematic, It looks good except for the addition od 22pF caps to ground on the D+/D- lines.  Why are those devices present?

Have you looked at the signals on D+ and D- during enumeration?  If so, can you send me some scope captures?
