ADuM4070 EVB Status And H/W Design Precaution

Dear Sir: 
 ADuM4070 release has been for some time. I want to test the ADuM4070 performance , what time I can get bvaluation board to testing? The ADI website can't provide evaluation board Part Number. So I can't apply for evaluation board to testing. another want to design AduM4070 in my products , have any H/W Design guildline (example: evaluation board s chematic /PCB Layout...etc) or application note document provide to me refer. Thanks~
