IsoPower on-chip decoupling

Hi,

I'm wondering whether or not there is any on-chip capacitance built into the ADuM6200 or does the IsoPower oscillator solely depend on the external decoupling?

If on-chip decoupling exists, can someone supply to me the value of the on-die/on-chip capacitor with parasitic inductance and ESR?

Best regards,

Kristian

Kristian: The response from design is:

There are on chip capacitors in ADUM6200 which are about 400pF. Since they are on chip, their ESR and ESL are very small, and for our process there is no ESR and ESL definition in modeling of capacitance (not like external capacitance). The estimate on the ESR is less than 50mohm.
