ADuM3070 DC-DC Isolated Power

Dear All:

I would like to planning DC-DC Isolated power solution, need Vin=5V then Vout=5V / Iout=900mA~1A,I try to use EVAL-ADUM3070EBZ 2Pcs to set up my platform. but found that EVAL-ADuM3070 there will be output load are asymmetrical. then I have idea useing ADuM3070 to control 2Pcs transformer JA4631-BL (Pls see below.) this idea is workable? there will be any question? If I need this specification can you provide your suggestion to me refer? or provide available solution to me? thanks

    Jacky: The datasheet figure 10 shows a 5V to 5V application is limited to about 500mA output, after this the output voltage will fall in current limit. This is because the peak current through the X1 and X2 switches is limited on a pulse by pulse basis, and the maximum duty cycle is also limited to about 40%, which limits the average  VDD1 current to a maximum of about 765mA for a 5Vin to a 5V out application, with a 65% efficiency yields a 500mA output. So, even if you try to use a second transformer, the X1 & X2 switches will still limit the current. The problem is that the ADuM347x was designed to convert 2W for 5V to 5V, and you need 5W of output power.
