I was looking over a previous discussion regarding the ADUM5230 "Power for Isolated Half Bridge Gate driver?" and would like to implement the half bridge MOSFETs with boost strap to drive a Solidtron Voltage controlled Switch. This device requires isolated auxiliary power to drive the gate with respect to the gate return. Please see the attached recommended drive circuit for the Solidtron application note on triggering.
I would also like to minimize the current draw from the ADUM5230 further if possible since this application is for single shot triggering, can I reduce the1uF bypass capacitor on the B channel and a 10uF bypass on the A channel to do this?
