Hi all,
I need to interface a low side mosfet on a DSP, powered at 3,3V.
The maximum switching frequency in not so high (300Hz) and the duty cycle can vary between 10:90%.
The source/sync current available from the DSP is sufficient to turn-on/off the mosfet but, even using a logic level mosfet, the VGS is not so high (3,3V only).
In this case is it preferrable to use a simple level translator buffer, or a low side driver, like the ADP3630, could be better ?
The ADP3630 has a maximum current of 2A while I need only few hundreds of uA. Could I use something else ?
Thanks in advance
Hi PDES,
I'm not sure I understand what are you trying to do. Would you mind sending a drawing or schematic of the circuit?
