My customer is planning to use the ADI ADuM7442S (Space Grade) device.
As part of this effort, confirmation of the screening flow in accordance with MIL‑PRF‑38535 (QML‑V)—including items such as temperature cycling, burn‑in, and the sequence of electrical testing—is required.
However, we were unable to find sufficient detailed information in publicly available web documentation.
Therefore, we would like to kindly ask whether ADI’s official screening flow or any related documentation applicable to ADuM7442S can be provided.
