Hello ADI community, I am looking for ADUM3190/ADUM4190 to use in my circuit. I couldn't be able to find the .asy, .sub, .lib files of these components. Can anybody know how to find these spice models?

Hi SEDPLCoreElec ,
Please refer to this answered question, you can find the model here:

Hi Alessandro,
Thank you for the suggestion. We tried importing the .sub file from the same, but unfortunately, LTSpice was unable to recognize it. Could you please provide further guidance or an alternative solution to implement the average model in LTSpice? We appreciate your help and expertise.

an easy way to import the LTSpice model is to put the .sub and .asy files in the same directory with your .asc file (LTSpice schematic). In this way, you can find the imported model in the LTSpice component library.
Once copied these 2 files inside the .asc directory, to add it to your schematic you should follow these steps:

Let me know if you are able to use this model following these steps.

Ale
