Hi,
I am using Grade C Adum4146 gate driver for my Dual Active Bridge application. Data sheet says there is no internal source for Grade C gate driver, so I used an external 15V with a 2KOhm resistor to charge the C_blank.
1. My input voltage range is 20-31V and the current is 250A and the Rds on is 0.7mohms. How do I size the blocking diode ? Where can I find an application note or an equation to figure the minimum blocking voltage.
2. Given that the Grade C does not have a internal source, to get about 600ns t_blank i am using 1nF and a 2Kohm resistor ?
