Hi Sir
I want to perform the withstand voltage test for ADuM4160,
That voltage of 4 kV between the upstream and downstream terminals of ADuM4160 for one minute.
The voltage is applied once. That will the withstand voltage test affect the insulation performance of this IC ?
If there is no deterioration, how many times can the voltage be applied ? By the way, I also to know what the margin is.
