Hello,
i'm not sure but I think, the emitter-diode of the upper pnp driver transitor needs to be turned by 180°. I found this error in the datasheets of ADM3058, ADM3056, ADM3050 and ADM3055. In contrast the datasheet of ADM3052 shows the diode in the correct way.
