  • Hi Naitik,

1, What's the difference between MAX233AEWP+TG36 and MAX233AEWP+? -----The difference between these part numbers is the reflow temperature. The part number end with “+” standards for reflow temp “+260C” for standard RoHS package. “+G36” is a customer reflow temperature at “+225C”.

2, TG36 is the customerized or not? does it special for which customer use? can it be common used by all projects? ----The “+T36” customized reflow temperature is due to the internal capacitors in the package, and the part is for all projects. For MAX233A in either SOIC or DIP package, the correct part number should be end with "+G36".

3, what's the COA and COD pls? ----- The "COA" and "COD" are not in a part number. Please help to clarify what COA and COD refer to.

Please be aware, the SOIC package, MAX233AEWP+G36/MAX233ACWP+G36, is no longer in Production.

    Best,

    Jane
