ADuM4121 Max supported frequency

Question

Hi, 
 I'm going to use the ADUM4121-1ARIZ for my isolated converter. Is this part supports 1Mhz switching frequency?

Hi Roshan64, Yes, the device can operate at 1MHz. However, depending on the power device you're driving, and so the gate charge you need to transfer for turn-on and turn-off, you'll need to assess the thermal limitation for your design, as power dissipation is proportional to the switching frequency.
