Product Number: MAX3421E
The MAX3421E SPI USB Peripheral/Host Controller comes in two packages:
MAX3421EEHJ+ = TQFP-32
MAX3421EETJ+ = TQFN-32
The MAX3421EEHJ+ TQFP-32 package is now listed on Product Discontinuation Notices: https://www.analog.com/media/en/PCN/m001117.pdf
But there is no mention of the MAX3421EETJ+ TQFN-32 package being discontinued. Is there someone at Analog that can update the lifecycle information for the MAX3421EETJ+?
This is a convenient part because it has a SPI interface, can be used as either a USB Host or Peripheral, and has drivers integrated into standard Linux. I'm hoping to hear that Analog will manufacture this for years to come.
