I am working on SST project. In this project we are Planning to use 3300V SiC MOSFET from the microchip. For this MOSFET has the Total gate charge has 410 (nc) and fall time is 26(ns) total gate drive current requirement is 410/26 which is more than 16A
So please suggest the gate driver from Analog Devices which can support Working voltage is more than 2800V.
Minimum withstand isolation voltage is more than 5000V.
Minimum gate driver current should be 16 or 17A.
and It should contain the DESAT features.
I am inserting example technical specification i required please go through that suggest some gate drivers according to my requirement
If any other gate driver suggestion any other manufactures suggest me also
