      The maximum junction temperature of the MAX3225E is 150degC. 
      

      Package thermal values are as follows
      

      Single layer board: 
      

      Theta-JA = 91 degC/W, 
      

      Theta-JC = 20 degC/W,
      

      Multi-layer board:
      

      Theta-JA = 73.8 degC/W
      

      Theta-JC = 20 degC/W
      

      

      Unfortunately, we do not offer Theta-JB values.
