Looking for a Replacement SerDes pair with MIPI to GMSL and GMSL to Parallel Data output

Question

Right now I am using the MAX9275 - MAX9276A SerDes pair, which has Parallel to GMSL to Parallel configuration. Currently, I am looking to develop a SerDes system with the configuration of CSI-2 to GMSL to Parallel. I looked through all the available devices, but I didn't find any that matched this configuration. 
 My query is, suppose I use any CSI-2 Serialiser (ex MAX96751). Can I use MAX9276A to deserialise the GMSL signal to Parallel output? Will this work??
