Gate driver for 3300v Sic MOSFET

Hello, 
 
 I am working on 3300 V SiC MOSFET (MSC025SMA330B4N Microchip). 
 The total gate charge of the mosfet is 400 nc. suggest me a suitable gate driver to drive this mosfet.

Hello Nik1987,

ADuM4146C ( Grade C ) is a recommended gate driver to control this high voltage SiC MOSFET.
What is is your DC-Link voltage?
Please make sure the 8.3mm creepage offered by the ADuM4146 package satisfy the isolation requirements of your system.
