What is the ESD rating of ADUM5020-5BRWZ & ADUM6020-5BRIZ ?

Hi Prakruthi, 
 The ADuM5020 & ADUM6020 achieve ESD pass levels of +/-1250V for the FICDM test, and +/-4000V with the Human Body Model.
