VDD2 = 5.5 V when power on

Product Number: ADUM4165

Hi there,

I am working on a USB isolator based on the ADUM4165. However, when I apply 5.5V to VBUS2, VDD2 is not behaving as expected. Instead of outputting 3.3V, it is showing 5.5V, which is equal to the VBUS2 voltage.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Can you please provide details on how you are providing the clock to ADuM4165?. If possible, can you share circuit schematics with us to debug the issue better (here or via Email: prasanthi.yerra@analog.com)
