IO link communication is breaking

Thread Summary

The user is experiencing IO link communication failure and high current draw (150mA) on the MAX22513 when the input voltage exceeds 30V. The issue persists even after removing clamping and ESD diodes. The final answer suggests measuring currents in the L+ and CQ lines to identify the source of the high current draw, and to check if the problem is on the device side or the IOL-Master side.

I'm testing the overvoltage for the MAX22513, and I've noticed that IO link communication breaks when the input voltage exceeds 30V, and it also draws 150mA.

Note: IO link communication works for voltages more than 30V without shutting off the power supply (now it draws less than 100mA).
If I set the voltage above 30V and turn it on, it won't work, causing the io link communication to break and draw 150mA of current.
