IO link communication is breaking

Where do you apply >+30V DC?
The MAX22513 generally operates up to +36V DC.

Hello, I don't see a reason why MAX22513 should draw noticeable high current with this configuration at 30V.
However looking at your schematics, it looks like you have a clamping diode that clamps at 30V:

Are you sure it's not that diode that draws the high current?

i already removed the D3 and checked, but still the same io link communication is breaking at above 30V.

I see. This is strange.
Are you sure it's the device side that is causing this problem, or could it be a problem with your IOL-Master?

If you're sure it's the device side, then we should try to find out where the high current is going to.

Please try to open the wire in the LIN path as well as the V24 path into the MAX22513 and measure the currents.

another thing, the MAX22513 internal LDO 3.3V, 5V, and DCDC output voltage works for the above input supply 30V, but the IO link communication fails.

Do you have an additional external clamping diode at the CQ output?

Yes,ESD diode, but already removed and checked,stiil the same issue

Ok, then again you will have to measure the currents to find out, where it goes to.

First off you could measure the current into L+ and CQ, if the current into L+ is high and that high current then comes out of CQ, then the problem is on the other side of the cable...
