Product Number: ADuM240D
The ADuM240D datasheet (for what looks to be a family of parts) lists a jitter spec. Is this jitter spec based on throughput frequency rate, meaning that if you are using this device at the minimum switching rate does the jitter improve?
Or do you have a switching freq vs jitter spec? We would run the part at lower speeds at 3.3V if this is helpful.
Does there also exist any phase noise plots of how the device contributes to jitter/phase noise here?
