To check if I understood correctly, the system works for low baud rates and stops when you increase the speed, right?
Do you know the lowest speed that shows errors?
By any chance, is it possible to capture images of the waveforms with an oscilloscope? It might be helpful.

Thank you for your response.
The issue occurs when starting communication at a higher baud rate of 115200; sometimes, communication fails, and incorrect characters appear. However, if the transfer is first done at a lower baud rate of 9600 and then switched to 115200, communication works correctly.
Also, I noticed a capacitor mounted between the non-isolated ground and isolated ground of the LTM2882 isolator. Is this mandatory? If so, what should the capacitor value be?
