I would like to know the maximum allowable input rise and fall times for the ADN4667.
I checked the AC CHARACTERISTICS in the data sheet.
However, the descriptions differ depending on the revision, and I am confused.
In Rev.0, it says "Rise Time, tr".
In Rev.B, it says "Rise Time, tTLH".
I looked for clues from similar products.
In the data sheets of the ADN4665 and ADN4663 Rev.0,
it says "Parameter: Rise Time, Symbol: tTLH".
Based on these results, I believe that the description in Rev.B of the ADN4667 data sheet is correct.
However, that assumption means that I cannot obtain the maximum input rise and fall times from the data sheet.
Therefore, I am in a situation where I need help.
