PCN Required for different X-Ray structure - MPN : ADUM1402ARWZ-RL

Hi ADI team , 
 Good day , 
 Please refer to attach Images of X-Ray Images and there is difference internal DIE structure and lead frame . 
 MPN : ADUM1402ARWZ-RL 
 Can you please advise PCN behind these changes? I cannot determine which one can be the correct die or both die structure are acceptable.
