Product Number: ADuM4135
Hi all,
I am trying to simulate a half bridge converter on LTspice using the following components:
CAS175M12BM3 - Wolfspeed Power Module
ADuM4135 Gate Driver
Initially the model seems to be working as expenced, however, once the DC Voltage is increased beyond 66V, the HS_Gate seems to be clamping at -5V (Turn-off voltage).
I have tried to follow the gate driver design schematics provided by wolfspeed for their gate driver, sincethey are also using the ADuM4135.
I am not really sure why this is happening and whether it is a mistake ont he way I have modeled the system or not.
I am attaching my spice model figures on this message.
I would really appreciate any help and advice.
