Positive(TTL) to Negative voltage Level shifters(0 & -8V)

Hello, I am looking for a Level shifter which can translate 5V TTL pulse to a 0 to -8V swing. We are using this signal to control  an RF Switch whose control lines work with 0/-8V signal. Rise time(7nsecs) and Switching time(20nsecs) is critical for this application and cannot be compromised. Appreciate, if you could please recommend a suitable device or a design that can meet this requirement. Thanks

    There are no standard data isolators in the portfolio that have TTL logic input levels. The application would have to adapt to CMOS levels.

    It is certainly possible to use an isolator to shift voltage domain. There is not a device that can be supplied directly with 8V though. The prop delay of the ADuM341E is less than 10ns. That might leave enough timing budget to put some shifters in series.... but isolation may not be the best solution if galvanic isolation isn't actually needed.
