ADuM4121 INSULATION LIFETIME

Question

Hello. How long will the lifespan of Unipolar Waveform Basic Insulation be if the rating is 3kV? 
 Please tell me how to calculate it if possible.

Hi Osamu , 
 Just to clarify, when you say 3kV unipolar waveform basic insulation rating - you are referencing to table 7 of the datasheet as shown, is that right? 
 
 Unfortunately, the calculation for a different rating is not readily available as we need to get the reliability testing results to do the calculations - basically, these results are only sent to the certification agencies and not with the customers. 
 Can you please advise your application of the ADuM4121 and why do you need to have it rated with higher working voltage?
