The communication with the AD5245 is sometimes not successful. It may be a pull-up problem. Can you tell me which values are good for the pull-up for this device. I am using 10k resistors for the pull up.

Can you show me a scope shot of your I2C transaction? You can also try using 2.2kohm if the reason is having a slow slew rate.

It works when we connect the osilloscope to meaure the signals. If we change the communcation rate it did not work.
It have changed the pull up resistor to 2.2k. It looks that it is working with the 2.2k resistor.
Is it doing edge detection of detecting the high and low level?
