Product Number: ADUM4166
I've used ADUM4166 in my design to isolate downstream port since ADUM4165 parts were not available to order. The datasheet recommends using ADUM4165 for downstream isolation due to power availability. The PCBA ADUM4166 is on has local power supplies that supply the power to both sides of the isolator. Is this an okay use case or should I still consider switching to ADUM4165? Appreciate any help.
