MTBF data report

Question

Good morning 
 We are using ADLT2852 device and we are doing FMEA analysis. 
 We have just checked on website link below but no data are available for this device.

 Where can we take more information about this?

Hello Stefano - for the data you are looking for please search for part # LTC2852. This product is fabricated using our BiCMOS process. The wafer fab data has the following comment - Please note: Where a device of interest is not sampled, it is valid to use the reliability data of the particular process technology to which the part belongs, since all parts within the same family are designed to the same rules and manufacturing as controlled by SPC. It looks like ADLT2852S is linked to 0.6um CMOS process instead of BiCMOS.)
