I want to know the reliability data (MTBF) for this component.
Hello,
We have reliability data and tools able to calculate different metrics such as Failure in Time (FIT) or mean time to failure (MTTF) on our website here: https://www.analog.com/en/support/quality-and-reliability/programs-systems-and-tools.html
You can enter the part number in the Wafer Fabrication Data tool and it will provide the data for the part at a default temperature. If your operating conditions are different, you can enter the temperature for your use case.
