Looking for alternative

Hello 
 I am looking for an alternative to this reference but its quite difficulte to find an exacte replacement, do you have any suggestion ?

Hi TCW, 
 Unfortunately, we do not have a drop-in replacement for the 1B22 available at this time. Below are some potential alternatives: 
 
 The AD694 is an IC that performs the same function, but sans isolation 
 A company called Dataforth makes many of the same type of 3B/5B devices. 
 Another company called SCS Embedded Tech may also have a solution. 
 
 There is also a library of Reference Designs and there may be something for isolated 0 V to +5 V or 0 V to +10 V inputs conversion to 4 to 20 mA outputs.
