Cio (isolat capcitance) parameter of Datasheet

Question

Dear Sir/Madam, 
 I am reviewing a voltage level converter for the I3C interface. Why is there no Cio - capacities in the Datasheet? (MAX14595) Also, please recommend a voltage level translator for the I3C interface.
