ADM485 Not Working

adm485 not work when power supply connect to 220AC but when disconnect and connect dc socket on board it working
i am using 1 master driver and more than 3 slave receiver by stm32 UC.

Yes I Know And The VCC Is 5V For ADM485
My Issues is solved By insert Delay in Initial UC peripheral

But Many Time ADM485 Not Working

Hi Sabli,

ADM485 is a 5V RS485 transceiver. VCC should be between 5V +/- 5%, 4.75V to 5.25V. The Absolute Maximum Rating for VCC is -0.3V to +7V. Please be sure the supply voltage VCC is within the operating condition. Supply voltage exceeds Absolute Maximum Rating can damage the part.
