Hello, I wanted to ask you for help in case you can explain the desat circuit to me and also if you can recommend values for my circuit. My transistors are going to control 250V at 20kHz and I use some SiC Mosfets. Also, what diodes would you use? and what type of capacitor etc... Thanks in advance! I am a university student and it is for a project.
