The MAX22193/5 have a detectable pulse width spec of 220ns min. This spec determines the maximum input signal frequency to be less than 4.5MHz
MAX22195 detectable pulse width:
The MAX22193 detectable pulse width is 200ns, which corresponds to 5MHz maximum input frequency.

Hi Wei,
Thanks for your kindly response, Below is the MAX22193 datasheet and tpw max is 200ns. Is this parameter means the freq need more than 5MHz
Hello Yenchen,
The "detectable pulse width" refers to the shortest/minimum pulse width at input that can be detected by MAX22193/5.
In case of MAX22195, tpw has a min of 220ns. It means that pulse width less than 220ns cannot be detected. This means that input freq faster than 1/220ns=4.5MHz cannot be detected.
In case of MAX22193, tpw has a max of 200ns. It means that pulse width greater than 200ns can be detected. This means that input freq slower than 1/200ns=5MHz can be detected.
Hope it helps explain the subtle differences.

Yucong
