      MAX6817 datasheet Electrical Characteristics table gives test conditions for OUT logic levels VOL, VOH. For logic high output, VOH will be within 1.0V of VCC, for loads that require MAX6817 to source up to 0.4mA; and for logic low output, VOL will be less than 0.4V for loads that require MAX6817 to sink up to 1.6mA. The output impedance is non-linear because it's a digital output.
