Is it 2kΩ ,or is it a high resistance?
If it is high-Z , what is the actual resistance value?

Sorry, 2k ohm was incrrect.
I mean 12k ohm below.
When without VCC, the A/B lines should be high Z, at least 10kohm. But it will varies with voltage being applied to the port since the internal circuitry will be turned on if the voltage high enough.
