ADUM4221 LTSPICE model

I'm just curious, why do you want the ADuM4221 to operate in bipolar supply mode where the part is not designed for this kind of operation?

Hi

I changed R2 and R3 from 5.1 ohm to 5.1m ohm at GNDA=GNDB=0V.

 Gate_A and Gate_B swing from -4V to 15V.

Why does Gate_A and Gate_B swing from -4V to 15V?

I will use GAN. GAN needs negative gate voltage.

Just an FYI, these bugs on the ADuM4221A, B, C were already fixed.

Kindly run the "Update Component" to update the models in your machine.

But I found the same issue about ADUM4221-1A spice model.

The ADuM4221-1x and ADuM4221-2x is on-going modification following the fix on the ADuM4221x.

Hoping to have them release by early November.

Hi,

Despite updating the components, I still see a similar issue. When I add a 100nH ferrite bead in the output path the voltage becomes lower than expected (it should be zero volt in the low state).

Thank you for raising this issue with the model - I confirmed the response and I reported this to the LTspice modelling team to fix this bug.
