I'm looking for thermal resistance values for MAX3030EEUE. Ideally the junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistance. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no measured thermal resistance data available for this part. You can do analysis based on an online application note at https://www.analog.com/en/technical-articles/thermal-characterization-of-ic-packages.html along with the package thermal table at : https://www.analog.com/media/en/package-pcb-resources/package/thermal-table.pdf
