Product Number: ADuM4166
Hello,
We are in the process of adding the ADuM4160 and ADuM4165/6 into our company's CAD library. We had a question about the package for these parts--
The ADuM4160 (16-pin part) RI-16-1 drawing states it is compliant to JEDEC MS-013-AC, but the JEDEC MS-013-AC registered outline is for a 20-pin part. Similarly, the ADuM4165/6 (20-pin part) datasheet RI-20-1 drawing states it is compliant to JEDEC MS-013-AD, but the JEDEC MS-013-AD registered outline is for a 24-pin part.
Can you clarify which JEDEC drawing we can use for each part? We try to use registered outlines for component footprints where possible
